Refund Policy

Product Damages and Issues

Please inspect all items in your order upon delivery and contact us at emma@arcoradesigns.au within 3 days of receiving your order if any items are defective, damaged (e.g. cracked or broken) or if you have received the incorrect item. We recommend also including a photo or two. We will then be able to assess the issue and make necessary amendments.

 

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase. We suggest contacting us before purchasing items if you have any concerns or questions about our any of our products.

 

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at emma@arcoradesigns.au so that we can better understand any concerns you may have and work with you to solve the issue. The situation will be evaluated and you may or may not be approved for a full refund. You will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible.

If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method. We recommend not returning items in these situations to not only avoid the fuss and stress of returns but also to promote sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. You can then repurpose your purchase however you see fit.
