Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within Australia only using Australia Post.

A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders for standard shipping.

Orders are dispatched within 7 days of the order being placed. If any exceptional circumstances arise, you will be contacted directly.

Once dispatched, you should receive an email with tracking information. If you don't receive tracking details, please email emma@arcoradesigns.au for further assistance.

Once your order is dispatched from Sydney, we advise you take into consideration any Australia Post delivery delays as these may affect the delivery of your order. Please note that any Australia Post delays or issues are beyond Arcora Designs’ control.

Considering environmental sustainability, we may ship your order with used recycled cardboard boxes. If you would prefer a new cardboard box for your delivery, please let us know when placing your order.
